Final #5a
Here i started out the turtles greenfoot scenario
Added my first turtle and gave him his first move command
Added a few more turtles and speed up the movement to 4
Added the turn command and had a few turtles spinning
Added a move command alongside the turn command to have the turtles move in small circles
